What is a beta?
A beta is the first release version of a product that is only available to a limited number of customers before it is released to the public. A beta is important to helping the company decide what needs improvement in the product.
What is Reha’s Beta Program?
The Reha Beta Program is designed to give customers the opportunity to test and provide feedback on our new app before a public release. You will be asked to test specific features and functionality in a real-world environment so you can provide feedback. Participation is optional and you can leave the beta program at any time.
Who can join?
a) Reha Beta Program is open to all to apply, however, because we want to create the best experience we are screening our applicants.
b) Must be single (and ready to virtually mingle 😉 )
c) Must have a mobile device
d) Must be available to engage in active testing during the month of January
e) Must provide feedback, complete surveys, and interact with others according to our community guidelines
Will I be matching with real people on beta?
Yes! You will be matched with and introduced to real, live people that are astrologically compatible to you. We encourage you to create meaningful connections with the matches we introduce you to.
Does it cost money?
No. Participation is free.
Do I receive compensation for joining the program or testing the product?
No. There is no compensation for your participation but we are very thankful for your time and energy in participating!
Is my information confidential?
Yes, your private details will remain strictly confidential.
How will Reha contact me?
We will contact you through the email address you have provided when you sign up.
How do I provide feedback?
We will send you surveys and questionnaires through the email address you have provided. We may contact you individually for specific feature and functionality testing.
How long is the program?
This beta program is approximately 1 to 1.5 months long and dependent on your feedback.
How do I leave the beta program?
You can leave the program at any time however we encourage you to stay! Send us an email at
info@rehaapp.com to remove yourself from all beta communications.
What happens after the program ends?
After we analyze your feedback and make any necessary changes, we will transition you onto the public release of the app.
